MinnWest Technology Campus is seeking a full-time General Manager for our beautiful, one hundred acre campus located in Willmar, MN.
About Us:
The MinnWest Technology Campus maintains a beautiful, one hundred acre campus that is focused on attracting and retaining business partners to an innovative, collaborative, and unique working environment. With over twelve commercial cottages at over 18,000 square feet each, the MinnWest Technology Campus has a wide variety of space that can be remodeled to suit each company’s unique staff, technology and workflow needs.
The Opportunity:
Are you a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and operations? We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to serve as the chief leader and public representative of the MinnWest Technology Campus. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a vibrant campus culture rooted in innovation, fiscal responsibility, and servant leadership. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this role champions organizational excellence, cultivates strong tenant relationships, and stewards property assets to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the campus.
This individual will lead with integrity, agility, and vision—balancing big-picture thinking with operational execution. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate a dynamic business environment, lead teams, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000/Year

The Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; 5+ years of progressive leadership in property or facilities management, commercial real estate, or operations.
- Leadership & Strategy: Proven leader with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach.
- Tenant & Community Focus: Success in public-facing roles and building trusted relationships with tenants and community stakeholders.
- Operational Expertise: Skilled in lease negotiations, property management, project oversight, and regulatory compliance.
- Team & Culture Focus: Self-starter who leads with integrity, develops cohesive teams, and fosters a collaborative, values-driven culture.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communicator with the ability to lead through influence and manage conflict constructively.
- Preferred: Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
Summary of Primary Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Asset Management: Oversee financial and operational performance, capital projects, and long-term asset strategy to optimize property use and value.
- Leasing & Tenant Relations: Drive leasing efforts, negotiate lease terms, and maintain strong tenant and community relationships to ensure high occupancy and retention.
- Campus Operations: Lead daily operations, supervise teams and vendors, and uphold high service and maintenance standards across the campus.
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Board to execute strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and adapt to market trends.
- Financial Management: Manage budgeting, reporting, and fiscal accountability to ensure sustainable financial performance and resource stewardship.
