What we’re looking for: 

• 3+ years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager 

• Strong leadership, teamwork, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills 

• ServSafe certified (or ability to obtain upon hire) 

• Oversee, train, and develop team members 

• Manage food orders and inventory 

• Prepare high-quality, consistent food and presentation each day 

• Create monthly menus  

• Experience with managing budget, food costs, and waste 

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and cafeteria and adhere to health and safety standards 

• Assist cashier, dishwasher, and other cafeteria roles as needed

In this full-time leadership role, you will take ownership of the daily operations of our campus cafeteria. The Kitchen Manager/Cook will oversee a small, dedicated team, ensuring high-quality food service, exceptional customer service, and a seamless dining experience. Our location: 
In 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota.  Since that time, we have developed the resulting MinnWest Technology Campus into the largest privately owned technology park in the country. 
 
Willmar, MN is a bustling community located less than two hours from Minneapolis and one hour from St. Cloud known for its lakes and vibrant entertainment.
