What we’re looking for:
- Europe based candidate focused on supporting Germany, Poland, and surrounding areas.
- Technical account management experience to provide and process validation, customer development, and product training to ensure growth in sales and profitability.
- Ability to identify opportunities, make recommendations, and implement effective solutions and courses of technical action.
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally, for periods of up to two weeks at a time and 20 weeks per year. Travel to the United States for training and business-related articles twice a year for periods of up to 4 weeks at a time.
- Effective self-management while traveling and in the home office.
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license in country of residence and maintain passport and proper documentation to travel domestically and internationally.
- Respect for individuals and appreciation for diversity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related technical field is preferred; or four years of equivalent higher education and/or combination of education and technical experience.
- Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal) skills in English and German or Polish required.
What you’ll do:
The Technical Account Manager - Europe works with customers, industry partners, and the team to promote and support Nova-Tech Engineering’s technologies and equipment utilization. This position is responsible for installing machines and providing technical support and customer service.
]Following Nova-Tech Engineering’s training, this role will perform mechanical field repairs and maintenance on Nova-Tech Engineering equipment. This position requires exceptional relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures and offer suggestions for improvement. The ideal candidate has hatchery experience and strong technical skills.
Other key areas include:
- Assist Nova-Tech Engineering with market development and expansion activities.
- Expand Nova-Tech Engineering’s brand awareness across industry.
- Successfully handle multiple demands simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Must be comfortable and willing to handle live animals with routine frequency.
- Working knowledge and aptitude for poultry industry and biology is preferred.
